Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 May 2026. This Cookie Policy explains how PromioAgent uses cookies and similar technologies.

Note: these documents are prepared as a practical draft for the service. Have the final wording reviewed by your accountant/legal advisor before a full public launch.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website or app. They can help keep you logged in, remember settings, protect sessions, measure usage, or support marketing features.

2. Cookies we currently use

Essential cookies: PromioAgent uses necessary cookies and similar storage for authentication, session management, security, checkout redirects, and connected account flows. These are required for the service to work.

Local/session storage: PromioAgent may use browser storage during onboarding, for example to detect that an email was confirmed or to complete login in the original signup tab.

3. Analytics and marketing cookies

At this stage, PromioAgent should not use non-essential analytics or marketing cookies unless they are intentionally added. If analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies are added later, users should be given appropriate notice and consent controls where required.

4. Third-party cookies

Third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, and Google may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with checkout, authentication, maps, or social integrations. Their use is governed by their own policies.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, login, dashboard access, checkout, or publishing integrations may not work correctly.

6. Contact
