We use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required to operate the application securely, enable login, maintain user sessions, support checkout redirects, and support connected account flows that you choose to use. We also use limited functional browser storage during onboarding, including to remember your selected language, detect that an email was confirmed, or complete login in the original sign-up tab.

Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the application to function properly. They are used for authentication, session management, security, checkout redirects, and OAuth verification when connecting external accounts. These cookies cannot be disabled through the application because the service would not work properly without them.

sb-<supabase-project-ref>-auth-token - Provider: Supabase Auth. Purpose: maintains the user login session and identifies the logged-in user for the dashboard/API. Duration: session-based, depending on authentication settings.

promio_meta_oauth_state - Provider: PromioAgent. Purpose: supports secure OAuth verification when connecting Facebook/Meta and helps protect against CSRF attacks. Duration: 10 minutes.

promio_instagram_oauth_state - Provider: PromioAgent. Purpose: supports secure OAuth verification when connecting Instagram. Duration: 10 minutes.

The Supabase Auth cookie may appear in multiple parts, such as sb-...-auth-token.0 and sb-...-auth-token.1.

We use limited browser storage to support basic app functionality. This storage is not used for analytics, advertising, or user tracking.

promio_ui_language - Type: LocalStorage. Purpose: remembers the selected user interface language.

promio_pending_signup - Type: SessionStorage. Purpose: temporarily supports the sign-up process while the user confirms their email address.

Mail-confirmed value - Type: LocalStorage. Purpose: allows the application to recognize that the email address has been confirmed.

We do not use analytics, marketing, advertising, or tracking cookies. This means we do not currently use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or similar technologies for marketing or analytics purposes. If analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or other optional technologies are added in the future, we will provide appropriate notice and consent controls where required by law.

When you choose to use external services or are redirected to third-party platforms, those third parties may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. This may include Stripe for checkout or billing, Supabase for authentication, Meta/Facebook/Instagram for account connection or authorization, and Google Places/Maps API where relevant.

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required to provide the service, we do not ask for cookie consent. If we introduce optional cookies or similar technologies in the future, such as analytics or marketing cookies, we will request consent before using them where required by law.

You can manage or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies or storage, parts of the application may not work properly, including login, dashboard access, checkout, session management, account connections, publishing integrations, sign-up, or email confirmation.
